From Downtown Boston: follow Route 9 West (Boylston Street), turn right onto Walnut Street,
then turn left at the lights onto Lincoln Street.

From the West: follow Route 9 East (Boylston Street), turn left at the lights on Woodward Street,
right at the Stop sign onto Lincoln Street.

(Please note that Lincoln Street is not to be confused with Lincoln Road!)
